It is not about how big you are or how many offices you have, it's about how much money the Realtor can make for his client and being honest and ethical.

We carry no more than 10 listings at one time. In order to stay on top of Advertising,Open Houses, Agent Open Houses, Keeping Brochure Boxes Full Of Color Brochures, Negotiating and Countering Offers, Following through on the duties of the purchaser and seller as required in the agreement to purchase, Meeting inspectors in compliance with due diligence, Faxing Property Disclosures, Updating the MLS, and our Web site, It would be impossible to give each listing and client the attention they deserve if we carried more listings than we could handle.

I have been selling Real Estate for 30 years and love my job. I wouldn't do anything else.
